SUN: PRAY FOR ALL LEADERS OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) 178 EHC BRANCHES IN 145 NATIONS: EHC Italy reached out together with their local brethren to the poor, homeless, addicts and sex workers in Sicily. Pray for opened hearts and their safe journey.
2) 350K CHRIST GROUPS AROUND THE WORLD: In a creative access region of East Asia, the EHC team is training 16 believers to lead CGs in their communities. Pray for courage and support for the new brethren.
3) EHC HQ AND BRANCHES IN EVANGELISM: Political and social unrest in Peru have shaken the people and hindered evangelism. Pray for co-workers’ wisdom to tackle the challenges and spread the Gospel.
MON: PRAY FOR GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR LEADERS IN ASIA
1) FEED 5,000 – EVANGELISM IN AFRICA: EHC Chad reached out to the largest village in their country to evangelise to non-believers. Pray for the villagers to open their hearts to Christ and for discipleship training.
2) CCIS:This year’s budget is $400K and fundraising is in progress. Pray for the Lord to inspire love offerings and support from churches and brethren so that we can again tell the Good News of Christmas to the world.
3) EHC MINISTRY’S GLOBAL CHALLENGES: Geopolitical conflicts, the Russo-Ukrainian war, and COVID’s effect on global economy have all made evangelism harder. Pray for HQ and the branches to overcome the obstacles to deliver the Gospel everywhere in the world.
TUES: PRAY FOR EVANGELISM IN THE ASIAN WORKPLACE
1) SEHC LAUNCHES OIKOS: OIKOS has overcome resistance to spread the Gospel around the world to remote and challenging locations. SEHC plans to restart our local outreach and seeks volunteers to join us in reaching thousands of households.
2) CHIN-ENG “GOSPEL Q&A”: Since 2002, over a million copies have been printed to answer the doubts of believers. Christian Assembly WT recently bought 70 copies for outreach and nurturing. Pray for more churches and brethren to buy and use this resource.
3) “SONG OF A WANDERER”: The book helps intellectuals to understand Christian faith and leave atheism, which offers no hope for eternity. Many local and overseas bookrooms order this book from us. Pray for the 20K printed for APAC to be diligently perused by readers.
WED: PRAY FOR SOCIAL CARE MINISTRY IN ASIA
1) “NEW LIFE NEW HOPE”: The God loving church elder couple once again sponsored 400K copies of this tract for EHC Indonesia and partners (200K each) to reach out to Bandung and Java. Pray for God to open the gates of the harvest.
2) “DO YOU KNOW” AND “GOD LOVES THE WORLD”: These popular, well-illustrated tracts will each reprint 20K. 670K and 5M of them have respectively circulated before this. Pray for the elderly and children to know the Lord through these tracts.
3) CHIN-ENG “BLESSINGS” TRACT: Evangelical Chinese Church of Melbourne ordered 10K for gospel outreach. Pray for more Australian Chinese churches to follow their example to cast nets in deep waters and bring in bountiful catches of fish for Christ.
THU: PRAY FOR ASIAN TRIBAL CHURCHES & LIT. EVANGELISM
1) SEHC DONORS AND INTERCESSORS: The world’s situation has become increasingly unstable and gloomy, signalling little time left for evangelism. The support and prayers of the brethren enable us to grasp the remaining time to spread the Gospel far and wide.
2) “PRICE OF PEACE” AND “ARE YOU SEARCHING?”: Written by Dr. James Yu and brethren S.L.A. respectively, 2M copies will be printed for the APAC. Please pray for the production, delivery, and distribution so that more readers can know the true God and find priceless peace.
3) LOCAL CHURCHES AND BRETHREN IN OUTREACH: Tracts help readers to understand Christ’s salvation for us and every copy given out is evangelising to a person. Pray for more brethren to use tracts to help many know the word of God and the salvation that awaits them.
FRI: PRAY FOR SEMINARY EDUCATION AND AGENCY MINISTRY 1) “HOW TO LIVE A MEANINGFUL LIFE?”: Is life fleeting and ends with death? Dr. Ruivivar points out to readers that the soul indeed exists, thus we must receive the Gospel in preparation for eternity. Only then can life have true meaning.
2) LIFE B-P CHURCH TRACT OUTREACH: The church has been diligently giving out tracts such as “The Hope of Easter”, “Do You Know That Your Body Has An Expiry Date?”, and “Are You Searching?”, with 20K of each being distributed at many housing estates. Pray for the numbers of the saved to grow.
3) “AFTER RECEIVING CHRIST”: Elder Samuel Ching explains in this booklet what accepting Christ means and what one needs to do after that to truly experience and grow in the Lord and to manifest the new life. The booklet aims to help new believers grow in faith. Churches and brethren are welcome to use and recommend it.
SAT: PRAY FOR THE MISSION MINISTRY OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) EVANGELISM TO MIGRANT WORKERS: The URA has approved the building of 13 temporary dormitories in designated industrial estates to house the new migrant workers coming in after the pandemic. Pray for the many churches that have purchased tracts in preparation to reach out to the workers.
2) A SOUL A DAY MINISTRY (ASAD): Pray for the team leads and co-workers as they give out tracts in 10 preplanned locations each week so that they have the wisdom to collaborate effectively and explain the Gospel with those they meet. Pray also for the seeds of the Gospel they sow to flourish into beautiful salvation.
3) PRAYERS FOR THE UNWELL: Pray for Rev. Oh Beng Kee, Rev. Yau Che Ming, Rev. Joseph Tong, Rev. David Tey, Bro. Chen, Sis. Yang, and SEHC’s many elderly volunteers. Pray for them to receive strength and grace from the Lord to overcome their bodily and spiritual pain each day.
