SUN: PRAY FOR ALL LEADERS OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) 178 EHC BRANCHES IN 155 COUNTRIES: EHC Philippines needs more pastors and churches to share their load of home-to-home outreach in the villages and provinces and to bring the hope of salvation to many. Pray for dedicated and faithful partners to join us in the ministry to reach and save the lost.
2) 400K CHRIST GROUPS WORLDWIDE: Pray for the underdeveloped Solomon Islands which has 10 districts served by the local EHC, who had set up Christ Groups to lead the youth to the light of Christ and help them to refrain from unlawful activities.
3) EHC HQ AND BRANCHES IN EVANGELISM: Estonia is a country where Christians are not passionate about the faith, coupled with bureaucratic practices that hinder the import of Bibles, considerable obstacles limit the reach of evangelism and cause difficulties for those who pursue the truth. Pray for God to destroy the plans of those who seek to prevent people from finding Christ.
MON: PRAY FOR GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR LEADERS IN ASIA
1) FEED 5,000 CAMPAIGN IN AFRICA: Pray for Ounandago in Central Africa, a village hostile to the Gospel and which has a reputation for crime. Pray for protection for the co-workers willing to enter this dangerous area to save sinners for Christ and for the doors of the Gospel to be opened for them.
2) CCIS: The permit applications, performance planning, and stage design are in progress, but we have yet to raise the entirety of the $350K budget. There will be 2 fundraising dinners this month. Pray for more brethren to lend their support to the ministry.
3) “PATIENT CARE HANDBOOK”: Hospitals are out of beds, and many have chosen home recovery. The book offers advice on caring for and comforting the sick, and what to note when visiting a patient. A hospital chaplain bought copies to give away. Pray for its use by God.
TUES: PRAY FOR EVANGELISM IN THE ASIAN WORKPLACE
1) ORDERS FROM AUSTRALIAN CHURCH: Christian Assembly of NSW in Sydney ordered 200 copies of “Know the Truth” and 50 each of “Growing in Christ” and “Song of A Wanderer”, and 100 of “Becoming Outstanding in Life”. Pray for the smooth delivery of the books to edify brethren in Australia.
2) EAST TIMOR CHINESE MINISTRY: Evangelism to the Chinese began with enthusiasm with the safe arrival of the 4K tracts. Please pray for the over 30K Chinese to know about Christ and find salvation, and to form new Christ groups and churches.
3) SIGNS OF THE END TIMES: Morocco was hit by a scale 6.8 earthquake just before midnight. Thousands lost their lives, and survivors were panicked and grieving. Pray for the Lord to awaken hearts to follow Him in these end times and for timely evangelism.
WED: PRAY FOR SOCIAL CARE MINISTRY IN ASIA
1) CHURCH YOUTH MINISTRY: Youth crime has become more worrying as more young ones turn to “adult” crimes. Churches and families need to guide children on the path of God from young so they become Christian role models.
2) “LIFE OF WISDOM”: The Bible says: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.” Rev. Dr. David Tey explains how God’s wisdom guides us in this fallen age of corrupted values so we can demonstrate our faith to the world.
3) SEHC IS LOOKING FOR USED GOSPEL VAN: Our van broke down again recently and hindered critical gospel work. Love offerings we have received so far was still insufficient to buy a replacement. We appeal to our brethren to lend us a hand to address this challenge.
THU: PRAY FOR ASIAN TRIBAL CHURCHES & LIT. EVANGELISM
1) SEHC DONORS AND INTERCESSORS: The recent $2.4B money laundering case reminded us to store our riches in heaven and not here, which can be stolen by thieves. Thank you for your support. May you participation in saving souls bear eternally sweet fruit.
2) “JESUS AND SALVATION”: Did Jesus and His deeds really exist in history? Is He the true saviour? How do I make myself believe in Him? Pray for the Lord to use this booklet! 40K will be produced for East Asia.
3) LOCAL CHURCHES AND BRETHREN IN TRACT OUTREACH: Many backslidden brethren called for recommendations for a suitable church after seeing our tracts. “Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed”. Pray for more people to use tracts in their evangelism.
FRI: PRAY FOR SEMINARY EDUCATION AND AGENCY MINISTRY
1) OIKOS OUTREACH PROJECT: With 1.4m households in SG, it would take about 4 years to reach everyone if we went to 1K homes a day. Pray for God to send more brethren and churches to hasten the evangelism.
2) READING CLUB: We just finished reading “Leaving in 3 Steps” – departing from idols, secular habits, and our old selves. “No Easy Road” is our next book. Pray for more brethren to grow spiritually through reading.
3) A SOUL A DAY MINISTRY: Recent proliferation of disasters have caused fear and tract evangelists are asking for materials on the end times. Pray for the ASAD tracts to help many find God’s peace and salvation.
SAT: PRAY FOR THE MISSION MINISTRY OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) AUTISM AWARENESS: Singapore has about 50K autistic children, and their parents constantly worry if they could care for themselves after turning 18. Pray for divine mercy and a platform for the parents to exchange ideas and support one another.
2) THE BIBLE (STANDARD EDITION): The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. In these end times, only His word can dissipate the darkness and tear through Satan's lies to reveal hope for the people. 10K copies will be reprinted for the APAC. Please pray for its wide use.
3) PRAYERS FOR THE UNWELL: Pray for the healing of Rev. Kao and Bro. Xin who have been discharged and are resting at home. Elder Zhang Lily who is recovering from her fall. Ps. Thomas who continues outreach despite his old age
